I just finished Betwixt by Tara Bray Smith which was... Interesting. I loved it, it was just interesting.
Actually I was getting into it so much that before I was even half way through I started researching to find out if there was going to be a follow up book.
I've read in a few places that apparently it's just the beginning. What ever that means is any one's guess, but what do you think?
Do you think this is the beginning of a series/trilogy and do you hope it is or do you not care?

I was disappointed in Betwixt. The whole story line and ideas involved were great but I think whoever did the editing let the author down. I found myself re-reading every few pages when the odd sentence just didn't make clear sense. On one page Nix and Moth were on a bench seat together and Moth was referred to as the older boy and over the page he was referred to as the man. I thought a third person i.e. a man had entered the scene. I was disappointed that all the action was at the end. It is a good way to keep one wanting to read the next novel but it didn't engage me enough to keep waiting. If the next novel wasn't at hand or easily accessible, I wouldn't remember to look for it.
