I love to read and write novels. James Patterson is my favorite author, along with Janice Holt Giles and Nora Lofts. I want to know if anybody here in Australia has had a chance to read my sequel to Gone With The Wind, called "The Winds of Tara." It was launched on May 8th in Fremantle, but I was not able to be there to see it. I do hope you enjoy it and let me know what you thought of my efforts. My personal email is kjpinotti@aol.com. Looking forward to reviewing books with everyone. I am an avid reader too! I wish we had websites like this in the states where we could find out what others liked....before we got the books ourselves. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Hi Kate, thank you for gracing our forum :). I personally haven't read it yet but I know Abbey's have sold quite a few copies of your book. I'll add it to my long list of books to read and ask around to see how it's been received.

Hi Kate!
I also enjoy reading James Paterson however the cynical part of me feels he does tend to stick to the same formula. What I mean is although they're fast paced, you can literally tick off all the crime cliches as you finish each chapter.
Your thoughts?
