I am in love with Kylie Kwong. If ever i would bat for the other team it would be Kylie.
Love this book. I would never have thought chinese cooking could ever be this easy. Simple ingredients but full of wonderful layers of taste sensation.
Sang Choi Bow is the best. With this book you need not go out for Chinese again.
